Do you love winter sports? Perfect skiing, well-groomed slopes and professional cross-country trails can be found in the Vysočina region.
Ski resort Harusak
The ski resort in Nove Mesto na Morave with a chair lift is a suitable area for families with children as well as for beginners and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The ski resort is located at an altitude of 734 m, the ski slope is 550 m long and reaches an elevation of 110 m. You can look forward to well-groomed slopes, even during evening skiing, when the slope is illuminated along its entire length. If you are just learning to ski, there is a ski and snowboard school. Of course there is also a rental shop with service and test center.
Ski resort Jimramov
Ski resort Jimramov offers winter sports lovers several slopes - four blue slopes for beginners, two red for intermediate and black, aptly named Lucifer, for experienced skiers. Artificial lighting allows for evening skiing. A snowboard park with jumps and ramps awaits snowboarders, and a ski school with a children's rope awaits the youngest visitors. There is also a ski school and rental shop with service. If you get hungry, you can have a snack right on the slopes. The almost 16-kilometer-long Jimramov cross-country circuit passes directly through Jimramov, and in addition to it, fans of cross-country skiing can also use tens of kilometers of marked trails across the Zdarske vrchy.
Ski resort Dalecin
Ski resort Dalecin has prepared a 500-600 meter long slope with an elevation of 105 meters for fans of winter sports, which is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. The slope is technically snow-covered and artificially lit, so even lovers of evening skiing will enjoy themselves here. Rental shop, bistro with a heated room and a buffet with outdoor seating are available on site. Drivers can park for free right next to the ski lift. Those who prefer cross-country skiing can look forward to groomed routes, which will take them to Nove Mesto na Morave and Jimramov.
Ski resort Svratka
For families with children, as well as for more advanced skiers, there is a 400-meter-long, technically snow-covered ski slope with a ski lift with two exit stations. The slope is illuminated and fans of evening skiing will also enjoy a lot of fun here. If you get hungry, the buffet is available by the car park. A children's ski lift and a ski school are ready for the little ones. There are kilometers of cross-country skiing trails in the proximity of the ski resort, so even those who prefer this sport will not be bored in Svratka.
Ski lift Vezna
Near the village Vezna there is a ski lift which is located 550 meters above sea level. Skiers and snowboarders in Vezna can enjoy a nearly 400-meter-long, groomed slope with natural snow and several side trails. The slope is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. It is artificially lit for evening skiing and its great advantage is very favorable prices compared to larger resorts. Parking at the ski lift is free and there is also a small bistro.
Ski resort Dedkov
Ski resort Dedkov at an altitude of 645 meters offers its visitors a 350-meter-long, gentle slope, suitable especially for families with children and beginner skiers. There is a snack buffet and free parking.
Cross-country trails
In the vicinity of Nove Mesto na Morave you will find over 100 km of cross-country ski trails. You can choose, for example, the undemanding Suburban circuit, which is located in close proximity to Nove Mesto na Morave and measures 4 km, or the moderately demanding Studnický circuit, whose route leads in modified tracks for classic cross-country skiing and measures 18 km.
Vysocina arena
In the Vysocina arena you will find professional cross-country trails in the length of 1.5 - 5 km, which are also connected to perfectly groomed hiking trails in the area.
